JUSTIN: So, this is probably bad for me to say, but I wasn't sure if we would actually be able to plant a community of Christian students at Utah Valley University. See, I told you it was bad! Here's the good news: the success of this plant has never been on our shoulders! This summer, and on through the first week of school, I have learned this: show up prepared....to participate! God seems to always know what's up, and he knows what he wants to do. Very little of what has happened was because we planned well.
So here's the lowdown.....all of the things that you, our supporters, have been hoping for, praying for, giving for, and wishing for.....it's actually happening!!! They are tangible things! Students who want Jesus to save their friends and family, students who care about their campus, students who want to pray for their university, a community of students who want more for themselves and their campus, and who are loving those things in more and more ways....it's actually here! These students have names...nick, jake, shanan, Joanna, heather, Lynn-marie, Daniel and many others.
It is incredible!
I just want you to know...things are happening at Utah Valley University.
